If you are not feeling well for any reason, call me that we may speak directly well before your scheduled appointment time, ideally more than 24 hours before.
I request that you wear your own mask since they are required, of course, throughout our building. I will be performing a no-contact temperature screening upon your arrival.
Please take your temperature before coming because if you measure 100.0F or above, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of your service and sent home.
Otherwise, you’ll be asked to wash your hands and follow me to the treatment room.
- with the following: Contagious infections, including those of the skin. Cough. Shortness of breath. Difficulty breathing. Fever. Chills. Muscle pain. Sore throat. New loss of taste or smell.
- who has been in contact with someone known or presumed to have COVID-19 within the past 14 days. Plan ahead so that there will be no reason for last minute cancellations due to this contact history.

$25 First time client deposit, applied to cost of service.
All new clients will need to pay via online invoice, as well as fill out a consultation form before their first service with me. Your signature on this form shows your validity of the answers on the form as well as an understanding of my cancellation policy.
I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If such notice is not received you are held responsible for the cost of the missed appointment.
Fee = Service Price. Emergencies are taken into consideration.
