Important Policies
I require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If such notice is not received you are charged $50 or the cost of the service if it is less than $50. If you don't show up you will be charged for the service/s in full. Late arrivals, with notice, are handled on a case to case basis depending on the time remaining. It is not always possible to keep your appointment.
Emergencies are taken into consideration. If you are not feeling well for any reason, call me that we may speak directly as early before your scheduled appointment time, as possible.
$25 First time client deposit, applied to cost of service.
All new clients will need to pay a $25 deposit to reserve their first service with me. After we connect I will email you instructions on how to pay this with an e-gift card purchased for yourself. Your payment will also confirm your understanding of my cancellation policy above. A consultation form will be waiting for you in the lobby at your first appointment. Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete it.

Health & Safety Policies
I am unable to see any one:
- with the following: Contagious diseases. Contagious infections, including those of the skin. Cough. Shortness of breath. Difficulty breathing. Fever. Chills. Muscle pain. Sore throat. New loss of taste or smell.
- who has been in contact with someone known or presumed to have COVID-19 within the past 10 days. If it is someone in your household, let's reschedule when everyone has reached their 10 days and you continue to test negative. Plan ahead so that there will be no reason for last minute cancellations due to this contact history.
