Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) Sessions also available at beYoga & Wellness in Upper Arlington.
Jennifer Baryluk, owner of beYoga & Wellness in Upper Arlington is helping me to bring this much needed service to her yoga community--which is also the community Jennifer and I call HOME. Yoga students, more than others, tend to agree that the mind, body and spirit are one and exist for us in one place, our bodies. A BCST session is a natural complement to movement therapies such as yoga. I'm thrilled to be among other practitioners offering therapeutic services at beYoga. The studio is inviting; clean and spacious. I am working out of a private room on the lower level which is cozy, warm and quiet. There is even a lovely selection of tea!
I am there about once a week. You can book a 60 minute (which allows for intake chatting and reorient/transition time and approximately 40 minutes on the table.) for $70 or a 80 minute (which gives you an extra 15-20 minutes on the table.) for $85. After your first session we can talk about package pricing to encourage a greater commitment and faster progress. I believe this connection to our wholeness, a full embodiment, is the key to our health and vitality. Come nourish your nervous system and fill up an often depleted reserve of resiliency in time for the holidays and winter SADness. (Seasonal Affective Disorder)
Easy location near the corner of Zollinger and Tremont Roads. Lighted parking lot.
Text me at 614-321-9202 or book online here. Or just arrange with me some time to meet at the studio for a cup of tea so we can chat and I can answer any questions.
